All Botswana Public Officers or Government Employees are eligible to join and save with the Society from a minimum of P50.00 up to whatever amount they wish to save.

Yes. We offer Credit Life for all new loans. Our Credit Life covers permanent disability and death.

Yes, you are allowed to withdraw one third (1/3) of your savings every 12 months provided you don't have any running loan with the Society.

Yes, it’s possible with the approval from the Department of Cooperatives.

Yes, membership does not end when one retires from public service. It continues provided a member does not withdraw all their savings and continues to pay their monthly contributions.

Yes, members are encouraged to increase their savings to improve borrowing eligibility and dividend earnings.

Yes, members' funds are managed in line with cooperative governance standards and financial regulations.

Yes, Interests are declared annually by the Management Board based on the financial performance of the Society.

BPOSACCOS offers various loan products, including Ordinary loans, Emergency loans, Khumo loans e.t.c. as well as loan consolidation facilities.

Members have to know the full names and identity numbers of those they want to include in their policy.

Top up can be made after 12 months of consecutive deductions. However, any loan taking a term of maximum 12 months can be topped-up after 6 months.

Petty Cash and Emergency loans take maximum of 2 workin days. Other loans like Ordinary, School Fees may take up to a maximum of 7 working days.

Yes, members are allowed to apply for up to a maximum of three loans at the same time provided they qualify.

Yes, provided members have enough savings and give instruction to the office, they are allowed to clear their loans using their saving
